Pedro Tenreiro Biscaia is a lawyer who graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada, Lisbon (1994), with more than 25 years of experience in legal advisory and litigation for individuals, companies, and public institutions. Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions within the Portuguese Bar Association, including Vice-President and member of the General Council, representing the Bar in national and international committees in the areas of corruption prevention, administrative modernization, and human rights.
In addition to his legal practice, he has political and civic experience, having served as a city councillor and municipal assembly member in Lisbon, actively participating in various political committees and bodies of the Socialist Party. He practices in the areas of Civil Law, Family and Succession Law, Labour Law, Commercial and Real Estate Law, Insolvency, Criminal Law, and Administrative Offences, also providing strategic legal and investment consulting to national and international clients.
Within his institutional activity, he served as Executive Secretary and Vice-President of the Human Rights Commission of the Portuguese Bar Association, as well as representative of the Professional Orders on the Executive Committee for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing at the Bank of Portugal.
