Rui João Soeiro Chumbita Nunes, born in Soure, Coimbra, is a lawyer with a broad professional career, working in legal consultancy, company management, and advisory services to public and private institutions. He holds a degree in Legal-Political Sciences from the University of Coimbra and has also completed a postgraduate course in Sports Law at Universidade Lusíada.
Throughout his career, he has provided legal advisory services to several Municipal Councils, trade unions, and business associations, including the Municipal Water and Sanitation Services of Montijo, the Municipality of Coruche, and the Association of Cork Industrialists and Exporters of the South. He was a board member and lawyer at the television production company Comunicasom – Produções em Multimédia, Lda., and a legal consultant to the Parish Council of Couço.
He currently practices as a general lawyer in Setúbal, combining experience in both Public and Private Law, including corporate, administrative, and advisory work.
