Tiago Oliveira is a lawyer who holds a Law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University (2000) and a PhD in Property Law from the University of A Coruña, Spain. He has practiced law in both his own and collaborative firms since 2001, focusing on Administrative Law, Property Law, Labor Law, and Civil Procedure.
He currently combines legal practice with an extensive academic career, teaching subjects such as Property Law, Business Law, Labor Law, and Legal Ethics and Professional Practice at institutions including ISMAI, IPMAIA, and the University of Maia. He also has experience in institutional roles, including participation in bodies of the Bar Association, the Municipal Assembly of Maia, and legal conferences.
